Who is Will Moore?
Will Moore has been training managers, team
leaders and customer service professionals for
over 15 years. He works with companies and
organisations of all sizes and across many
industries. He has also trained extensively in
the public sector and with non-profit
organisations.
Will specialises in training communication skills and the tools of good leadership. Throughout his career he has retained a strong enthusiasm for training which empowers people to communicate confidently under pressure and in challenging situations. Many of his current courses are about dealing with "difficult" people, solving conflicts and negotiating win/win outcomes.
Will works with managers, supervisors and staff from a broad range of New Zealand companies & organisations, including professional services providers, banks, vine growers, airlines, boat builders and local government.
Will has also delivered training in a variety of countries with diverse business cultures (including Ireland, Germany, Argentina, China and Turkey). This has given him a keen interest in training that helps people meet the communication challenges presented by multi-cultural and multi-national environments.
Since 2002, Will has developed a strong relationship with the Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA), New Zealand's largest private training provider. On behalf of EMA's Tailored Training division, Will designs and facilitates regular, customised workshops for EMA's corporate members. He is also part of the team delivering EMA's public training programme, specialising in courses for new team leaders and managers.
Will is part of TOM International, a network of innovative training professionals working throughout the world.
